I started working in software development, delivery and management in 1993 and have been learning and integrating useful skills and knowledge ever since!

For 5 years I trained intensively as an Organisation and Leadership Coach - The Five Dimensions of Leadership (the DNA of [Remarkable] Leadership). 5DL is built on a solid foundation of first-hand experience and Psychosynthesis transpersonal psychology which is amazing and truly helps “healthy neurotics” with all the challenges they/we all face in our work, relationships and lives. At the end of 2025, I have now coached >80 leaders of all shapes and sizes, from all kinds of small / medium / large / global organisations across >10 industries.

Since 2012 I have independently led or worked with small teams on organisation agility transformation programmes, and since 2017 I have additionally worked with Holos Change on successful leadership development programmes.
